We can provide a standard commercial title survey or an ALTA Survey, depending on the needs of the title company and customer. Normally, an ALTA/NSPS survey is required for Hotels, Shopping Centers, freestanding Retail Stores, Banks, and Apartment Complexes. We will provide a quote based on the acreage, number of buildings, Title Commitment, and the ALTA/NSPS checklist, which we can provide upon request. We do not charge extra for the Revisions, if it is a part of the same transaction.
